TUESDAY-THURSDAY( NO WEEKENDS) - No early mornings (standard business hours! 6:
30-3pm) $17.
85/hr
$15/a day in Food Vouchers! Uniform shirts will be provided, and further details of dress code will be provided upon offer
Responsibilities:
Give excellent and friendly customer service by welcoming and connecting with every customer Pulling tickets from system Clean Milk Pitchers as needed Provides high-level of coffee service during busy hours Making a variety of espresso and non-espresso drinks Correctly follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines Maintain the highest standards of conduct and confidentiality Continually grows in knowledge of coffee and customers Looks for new training opportunities and takes advantage of new training May perform additional responsibilities as requested by a manager Up keeping our high cleanliness standards, maintaining a clean and organized workstation Must be able to work 8-hour shifts Team player, flexible enough to pitch in where needed to get the job done Experience, Skills, and Requirements:
1 Year of Customer Service 1 year of experience working as a Barista Experience using a Semi-Automatic Machine and/or manual Ability to create Foam Art a
Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to multi-task (pulling tickets, preparing drinking, calling orders etc) Must have approved Food Handler's Card and non-slip shoes prior to first day of work Experience using Food Ticketing System and ability to translate orders to Lead Barista Ability to use touch screen devices.
Working Conditions:
This position will spend 100% of time standing while on duty fast-paced work environment Environmental exposure to cold, heat and water Lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to understand sanitation directions Ability to work within a small space (behind Espresso Bar) with Teammates Job Types:
