Under the general direction of the HQ Chief Nurse Executive, the Health Program Specialist I (HPS I) plans and performs difficult and complex technical health program staff work and is responsible for high-level statewide clinical information management of clinical documentation program(s) maintenance and operations.
Serves as a highly skilled technical program consultant responsible for planning, developing, coordinating, implementing, building, improving, and evaluating technical program clinical documentation program processes statewide to improve care.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
