Our office provides boutique property management services to property owners throughout the greater Sacramento area.
Position Requirements:
3 years' experience in property management preferred Must be a team player Must have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills Must be able to remain calm under pressure Proven track record in successfully managing various aspects of property management Ability to develop and manage a team of professionals in an efficient manner Able to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment Duties:
Maintain positive resident relations through outstanding service Facilitate processes via our Lead Simple process facilitation system Screen tenant and owner calls and resolve issues as needed Assist with leasing as needed Ability to deal with escalated issues and dispute resolution Develop and maintain productive relationships with vendors and contractors Maintain ongoing communication and foster positive relationships with all clients Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
