We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office.
This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient field operations through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
The Administrative Assistance will become familiar with a variety of the company's concepts, practices and procedures to create a smooth running environment.
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for processing confidential and time sensitive material nessasary to document ERRCS performance.
The Administrative Assistant needs the ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Duties:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records - Answer and direct phone calls using our phone system - Distribute project information to field staff and coordinate test data submissions - Provide administrative support to field and office staff - Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements - Transcribe meeting minutes and other documents as needed - Update.
pdf drawings/floor plans to identify measurement locations.
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for team members - Assist with customer support inquiries and provide excellent customer service - Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed Skills:
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Gmail, Calendar, Sheets - Strong data entry skills with attention to detail - Experience working in a technical service setting is a plus - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally - Project coordination experience is preferred We offer competitive compensation based on experience and opportunities for professional development.
