Job Description:
As a Client Service Representative (CSR) at Bell Pest Control, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inbound calls, answering questions about our services, and ultimately making sales to new clients.
You will play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction of our clients by providing them with accurate information and offering tailored solutions for their pest control needs.
This position is Tues-Sat 7:
30am to 11:
30am.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests related to our pest control services.
Provide accurate and detailed information about our pest control solutions and pricing, ensuring that clients fully understand their options.
Utilize your exceptional communication and listening skills to identify client needs and recommend the most suitable pest control services, leading to increased sales.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our services, products, and pest control techniques in order to provide the best possible client experience.
Accurately document client interactions, including their concerns, preferences, and sales-related information in our CRM system.
Collaborate with other team members, including pest control technicians and managers, to ensure seamless service delivery and prompt resolution of client issues.
Make outbound calls for revenue collection, client win back, review campaigns as well as gathering missing contact information.
Use a formatted follow up sequence for sales leads that have been missed and could be sold.
Continuously develop your sales and client service skills through training and self-directed learning, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Uphold the company's commitment to professionalism, integrity, and excellent client service.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a client service or sales role, preferably in a related industry.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients over the phone.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to quickly learn new software.
Excellent multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to client satisfaction.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
