We are seeking a friendly, organized, and enthusastic individual to join our team as a Dental Receptionist.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting patients warmly and checking them in upon arrival Scheduling appointments and managing the dental office's calendar Answering phone calls and emails, and addressing patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally Verifying insurance coverage and processing insurance claims Collecting payments and maintaining accurate financial records Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry Collaborating effectively with other members of the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow and optimal patient care Requirements:
Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with dental software (e.
g.
