Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience - Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services and amenities - Process guest payments and maintain accurate records - Manage phone systems, answering calls and directing them to the appropriate department or staff member - Perform night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy of financial records - Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity or safety concerns - Assist with resolving guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests - Proficient in operating phone systems and basic computer software - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Availability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays Please note that this is a night shift position.
