Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor - Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently - Operate the Aloha POS system to process guest orders and payments - Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about menu items - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/cashier station - Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting preferred - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members - Proficiency in using POS systems, specifically Aloha POS, is a plus - Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Phone etiquette skills for handling reservations and guest inquiries If you are passionate about hospitality, enjoy helping others, and thrive in a customer-focused role, we encourage you to apply for our Host/Cashier position.
