Tracks and reports sign-in and sign-out times, assures routes are timely, and communicates service issues to management as appropriate.
Examples of Duties This is a general listing of job functions and does not represent a complete listing of the positions responsibilities.
Takes client calls and communicates issues with Operators and management or Dispatch.
Monitors radio, telephones and on-road provision of service to ensure quality.
Monitors and completes Operator sign-in and sign-out daily.
May dispatch Operators to ensure adequate disbursement of trips between all assigned routes.
Monitors daily system performance.
Participates in analysis and review of operating performance.
Notes closed and/or late starting of routes and communicates same to management and/or Superintendent as appropriate.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum
Qualifications Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Two (2) years of Customer Service experience required.
One (1) year previous Dispatcher experience preferred.
Previous experience with Trapeze software preferred.
Required Licenses and/or Certificates:
Possession of a valid driver's license is required at the time of application and have a satisfactory driving record as defined by SacRT with the ability to obtain and maintain a valid California Class C driver's license.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
