) Your job is to talk with homeowners, spark an interest and set an appointment for our sales reps to provide a no-cost quote on solar.
You're not selling anything but the appointment.
It's just that simple.
Base Pay = $18-$20 per hour (full time) -PLUS- $100 to $300 commission for each of your appointments that we sell.
Top producers routinely earn $800-$1,000 a week AND MORE! Health insurance, paid vacation and 401k with company match also provided.
