The Sr. HRG will have responsibility for interacting with managers and employees in all business unit field operations. In addition will have more frequent interaction with senior level management
The Job
o Provide HR consulting, coaching and counseling to managers and employees on complex/high level HR related matters within an assigned geographical area.
o The Senior HRG will lead regional project teams
o Provide coaching and supervision to HRG's on more complex HR issues.
o Manage, facilitate and deliver site specific, business unit specific, corporate/HR compliance training as required or as directed by Learning and Development.
o Coordinate corporate initiatives at large field site operations and/or large geographies, may include leading communication efforts related to policy and program changes in the areas of compensation, benefits and HR policies.
o Assist senior region managers with the Leadership Review Process and the implementation of developmental training associated with succession planning.
o Coach Manager's on the use and interpretation of the employee engagement survey and assist with the action planning process.
o Assist in the implementation of change management strategies and help develop recommendations to enhance organizational effectiveness. Could include development and implementation of an employee assimilation plan in the event of a merger.
o Work with HR Legal on major legal matters, respond to EEOC Charges/Human Rights matters, and participate in mediation hearings and represents PB on other HR related Legal matters.
o Partner with management in analyzing ER issues to determine appropriate and equitable actions.
o Resolve complex Employee Relations issues including conducting on-site investigations as needed. Work with Global Ethics to investigate and respond to Help Line complaints. Consult with managers on requests for terminations and provide appropriate documentation to HR Director for review and approval.
o Update the Region HR Director regarding significant future legal/employee relations concerns.
o Consults with managers on compensation related issues (e.g. total compensation review, recognition programs and the job evaluation process) coordinating with compensation shared services, as appropriate
o Partner with local business leaders to develop and implement diversity plan goals and objectives that are linked to business unit plans. Work with managers to communicate goals and objectives to recruitment team.
o Provide coaching and counseling on performance management and the corrective action process.
o Participates in client meetings to enhance customer relations and may be the single point of contact for large client operations.
o May assist with Workforce Reductions which require face-to-face communication and delivery of severance agreements.
o Perform other related duties similar to the above in scope and function as required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
