Hello! 2 Bed 1 Bath Rental (Also have Downstairs Guest Bedroom at the moment for extra), the house will be shared with the landlord (Occupying the Master Bedroom, but all common areas are welcomed to be used. This is a non-smoking house, and am looking for someone tidy and clean. Walls have all been painted couple weeks ago, including baseboards and doors, and carpet has been cleaned in the entire house. There is in garage parking and street parking available, though I would like to keep cars to a minimum if possible. There is a Ring Doorbell at the house, along with a Yale Smart Lock that will be installed next week. Which I can give you access to it via HomeKit Sharing if you're an Apple User. The rooms do come with beds, and unfortunately are occupied. No pets, but are welcome to stay over, of course to a reasonable amount of stays are allowed. I will also be getting more furniture in the near future for the living room as well, pardon the entrance area being a bit liminal.
